Hello and welcome to thirty days of building your courage and increasing your self-confidence. It’s an important topic and something we can all benefit from. I have even found it beneficial to develop this program. Thinking through all of these topics thoroughly and writing my ideas out for others was a great experience and I hope inspiration will hit me so we can do this again soon!
You’ll notice throughout this month that even though my primary audience is entrepreneurs, I don’t specifically reference business a whole lot. I purposely kept the subjects general so that they can be applied to a wider audience and resonate with more people. I also wholeheartedly believe that growing and improving ourselves personally will have a direct relationship on our businesses.
As we spend this month learning and thinking about courage and self-confidence let’s keep our eyes on working through the issues that keep us from living our best life. We all have issues. The sooner we admit it, the sooner we can start working on fixing them. We as humans can never expect to be perfect, but we can be BETTER. Let’s purposely look for those things that can be changed for us to be better.
The basic idea is simple. For the next 30 days, there will be a new blog post on the topic here at Touring Freedom every day. These posts will not be public. You will receive daily emails that remind you to stop by to read each post, become part of the our online support community to get additional tips and inspiration. Use the Facebook comments form below each post to discuss the day’s topic and interact with others. If you do, it will help everyone get maximum value from the program.
Over the course of this thirty day challenge, we’ll explore what the connection between courage and confidence is, why they are important and of course (and most importantly) what we can do to become more courageous and increase our self-confidence on a daily basis. The end goal is to have a bag of tools to help us continue to become more confident after this month of exploration is over. Of course, I also hope to see a big boost of courage and self-confidence throughout the challenge itself.
Since you have already signed up for the challenge, I probably don’t have to explain the business advantages courage and self-confidence will bring. While most of the topics covered will relate to your personal life, I feel strongly that all 30 days of this content will DIRECTLY impact your business life. You MUST work on yourself as a person if you ever expect to improve yourself as a business owner. It is my hope that after this 30 day program, you will be able to make wise business decisions with more confidence and resolve.
If you’ve been struggling with your own feelings of self-confidence and self-worth, or simply been too scared and intimidated to go after your dreams, you know that this is an important topic. Increasing your level of self-confidence will make you feel better about yourself and help you move forward in life and reach for your dreams. Most importantly, how courageous and confident we are has a direct effect on how happy and accomplished we feel. In other words, finding your courage and self-confidence is something well worth pursuing.
Are you ready to join me and commit to a month’s of exploration and working on your own levels of courage and self-confidence? Like anything that involves human growth and self-improvement, it’s not always going to be easy and I will ask you to step out of your comfort zone from time to time. This is the only way to grow. Staying in your comfort zone means you’re doing what you’ve always done. If you always want what you’ve always had, just keep doing what you’ve always done. If you want more, you MUST do something different!
That being said, I promise you it is well worth working on this particular aspect of personal development and you can gain quite a bit by sticking with me and giving it a try. At the very least, commit to reading each daily email and blog post. I’m sure you’ll get something out of it and hopefully you’ll decide to jump in and implement what I’m sharing each day. We’ll continue tomorrow with a look at how courage and self-confidence are related.
